Recovered on my property in Morretes-PR, Brazil

The Process:

Some pieces need little or no transformation. Upon finding this hollowed-out piece of root near the edge of a river, it was filled with small stones and sand appearing somewhat similar to the final results this piece now represents.  efforts to clean up the rough edges, secure the stones in place, cut them in half, and polish them in order to show their interior beauty.  standing on a pedestal base it is a delicate and decorative piece.
