The Process:

It took several months of drying and carefully cleaning the delicate structure of the remaining portion of this tree that was mostly buried in the soil on my property where it had fallen years before and just a skeletal structure remained. Finally after carefully working the piece I was able to develop a mounting structure for it that supports it vertically and now itcontinues to live as a piece that highlights the room.
